Standing outside for 20 minutes during the posted hours of operation. 3:14 PM. The lights are on, wanting to buy something but doors are locked. No one is here -_- I knocked on door multiple times and called twice and no one responds. Disappointing

TODD IS THE BEST!! Went above and beyond to get me exactly what i wanted over the phone, while im 17 hours away in alabama!! He was very respectful and did everything in his power to leave me satisfied and assist me! GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE!!

I purchased three pairs of Oakley's today and had a really great experience with the sales person. Her name was Kali - very professional, and very knowledgeable. Rather than purchasing one pair, she walked me through a way I could end up with three pairs by using the current deals. I was previously at Sun Glass Hut and an Oakley store and left without buying a pair, which is why I valued the experience I had at the Oakley Vault with Kali's expertise in fishing (Prism/Polarized) sunglasses.

Jared and the rest of the staff here are extremely helpful, even with an issue when it arises, they stepped up and helped out making a very pleasant experience. Very much recommended this great store. Thanks again for all the help
