I honestly cannot say thank you enough to these guys! Jackson and his crew were absolutely amazing to work with! After discovering that my son purchased full price knock off Oakleys at another retail store, they were so knowledgeable, helpful and caring, and did everything they could to make this experience at their store the best! What I thought was going to be just a lens purchase turned into me walking out with two new pairs and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and my experience! Will definitely be going back! I met a very knowledgeable employee at this store today. This guy knows everything about their glasses. They have much more than glasses, but that was why I was there. I was blown away with the information he shared and now I truly understand why Oakley Sunglasses are worth more than most. I would define their sunglasses as purpose built! If you are not familiar with Prizm and/or Polarized you need to check it out at this store. I have been to other stores, but never have I understood what goes into these or any glasses until today. By the way, they had a ton of great deals!!! Discounts on some glasses or discounts on a second pair or even both deals combined. I am certain that after today we won't be buying anything but Oakley. The two photos are not from the store, but I ordered them online a couple of days ago and wore these today for the first time. I was driving through a heavy rain. They are Prizm road cycling glasses and I can't say enough good things about these glasses. Even though it was cloudy and rainy I was able to see great, not too dark and not to bright. The colors pop with these glasses as well. I didn't have to take them off in the store either. No more eye strain!

The folks in here are always friendly, helpful, and awesome to talk to. We walked in today "just shopping" and left with 5 pairs of sunglasses. The folks working here made sure we were satisfied with the state of the frames and lenses, exchanged bags for colors we liked, and did everything in their power to make sure we left smiling. In addition to amazing service, the folks in here have a wide knowledge base of current and past Oakley products and we spent a great deal of time talking out Juliet's, Romeo's, and vintage Oakley products. We LOVE this Vault location.

Sat on my pair of airdrop glasses. Wonderful store wonderful customer service called and drove down and they replaced it for 50% off. Great people.
