I was directed to this practice by a family member after relocating to the Omaha area. I would say all experiences & interactions with each employee have been led by top tier customer service. Each one professional & cordial. A recent appointment was due to a corneal abrasion. After my incident, the wonderful person in scheduling sensed the urgency and worked me in, within hours. I felt confident by the plan Dr. Walter laid out, and his watchful care. I had 3 appointments to ensure my eye was on track for an upcoming surgery. In addition he asked if I had any questions or concerns in between to call. I asked if he would plesse communicate from the beginning to my eye surgeon. That follow up was appreciated, as my surgery date was near. Also not just this latest visit but each time, I feel the appointment isn't rushed and there is time for questions if needed. Also during recent visit I left behind a scribbled note. However, Brittany, tracked me down and called me, & asked if it was mine and if I still needed the note. She could have easily tossed it in the trash, after I left the exam room. Yes, I did need it. This practice is thorough and precise from top to bottom. Exactly the type of place I want patronize, See + Be Seen, is the perfect name. You won't be invisible here! Thank you Dr. Walter and to the entire team, for taking care of my eyes whether a routine visit or the last time I needed extra care. I am grateful to have a capable and knowledgeable team taking care of my eyes!
