Been a longtime customer. The two associates working at the desk on the morning of 1/4/26 were incredibly unhelpful. I was having issues with my insurance and came in due to my glasses breaking. They both were both just talking about the issue I was having but then kind of moved on and we sat there. Ultimately ended up leaving since they weren’t too interested in helping me find a solution. Will not be returning and highly recommend that no one else does.

Best service I've ever received! Staff was knowledgeable, professional, and personable. They were able to help me find good frames within my budget, get accurate measurements for my bifocals, and answer any questions I had. They even remembered me when I came back to pick them up, and the glasses came in earlier than expected! 10/10 Will recommend to my friends and family!

First of all, I love that you can book appointments online! Very helpful with my scheduling. This team was really efficient and knowledgeable. Amy made paperwork quick and easy. Dr Cole was great at talking me through the exam. Brandy was awesome at helping me select frames and adding on the protection plan!

I’ve typically had a good experience but after rushing to get here by 6pm last night, I was turned away when I walked in at 5:58pm. I realize it’s two minutes before closing but all I needed was for them to tighten my glasses bc every time I look down they fall off. The guy told me he’d turned off his heating element 15 minutes ago (prior to their advertised closing time) so he couldn’t help me & to come back.

My daughter arrived almost in tears because she didn't want glasses. She left in smiles and so proud of her new look. The staff was amazing, friendly, and empowered my little girl to feel great about her new look. I am beyond grateful and highly recommend.
