I really like the place. Nice workers and Doctor. The place was very clean. The cost of eye glasses 🤓 was high but everything is high because of the world today. I drove a hour away to them because they were the only ones that was able to work me in. I Thank them for doing that. I plan on staying with them as a eye care place for my Eyes.
Jesse was absolutely wonderful. He was kind, communicative and you could tell he really loves what he does. He was patient and friendly with my son, who was a little wiggly during his exam. Great experience and Jesse definitely deserves recognition! The office as a whole was very friendly and our wait was not long at all.
I wish I had read the reviews first because it seems MANY have the same complaints as I do. Front desk is nice as well as back office employees. Clean office. But the experience in itself is chaotic and the doctor does not thoroughly explain much. I did not feel as if my contact and glasses exams were properly explained nor the outcome. It wasn’t a traditional exam and I feel as if my prescription for contacts is inaccurate. I tried to ask questions and gain more insight but was unable to get a clear answer and felt rushed and confused upon leaving. If I weren’t relocating, I would absolutely find a new eye doctor. I typically never write reviews but it’s two days after my appointment and I am still feeling annoyed by the whole experience. My experience last year for my eyeglass exam and fitting was great. This year was just different.
Staff is always friendly, they welcome you with a smile and wait times are never a problem. The staff is professional and answer all your questions. Me and my children enjoy calling Oasis our home for our eye care needs!!
First visit and it went amazing! Never been to a eye doctor that went so smoothly and quickly without over waiting or anything! Everyone was suuuper nice as well!
