These people remind me at least 5 times about this appointment. Only to show up and they tell me that I am not due for an eye exam until 2027! Like nobody bothered to check ✔️ my insurance the appointment was made 1 year in advance 🙃 Why wait to check eligibility when I walk through the door? Very disappointing 😞
I highly recommend! I took my son here recently to get a vision test and a pair of glasses for school. Dr. Russ Warren and the staff were all very polite, professional, and great with kids! They made the process so easy and I am very impressed!
I would give 0 stars if I could. I went to the Newton Grove location for my daughter and due to their negligence and fault they didn’t properly measure my daughters eyes. They couldn’t help nor replace nor back out the claim for glasses i haven’t received, i called my insurance and I was told to report them to the NC medical association.
Everyone is always super nice and helpful! Wait times are minimal and they have a huge assortment of glasses to choose from. They even ordered me a pair of sunglasses that I specifically wanted! Highly recommend them for anyone that needs any help with their eyes.
He always has a positive attitude. Betty and I have been seeing him for years and will never go anywhere else.
