I had a great experience at this optometrist office. The staff Lee & Cyann were friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The doctor was very thorough, explained everything clearly, and took the time to answer all my questions. The office was clean and well-organized, and the appointment ran on time. I also appreciated the help choosing frames, they were patience and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for excellent eye care!
I learned about this clinic after receiving a flyer in the mail. I am new patient and Dr. Le, Cyann, and Lee are absolutely wonderful. As a nurse, I am keen on bedside manners, and I really appreciate how Dr. Le was kind, informative, and took the time to explain and educate during my eye exam. They really worked with me and my vision insurance, and guided me on frames/lenses that would fit my budget. If you're looking for an optometrist in the IE area, I would highly recommend Oasis Optometry!
Dr. Asis was wonderful! She was incredibly attentive and patient with my daughter. She was very thorough throughout the entire evaluation and took the time to explain everything clearly. What stood out the most was how she found a way to connect with my daughter, helping her feel comfortable and at ease during the visit. We truly appreciated her kindness, professionalism, and compassionate care.
I recently visited Oasis, and it was a great experience! The shop looks fantastic and has a really nice atmosphere. The staff were super friendly and helpful, making sure I felt comfortable the whole time. Dr. Le went over my results and answered all my questions thoroughly. I also really appreciated Lee's help in making sure I got the right glasses. Scheduling my appointment was really easy and fit perfectly with my busy schedule. They were very accommodating and made the whole process smooth and hassle-free. I'm really happy with the service I received and the quality of care. I'll definitely be coming back for my future eye care needs. Highly recommended!
