Dr Ruiz was professional, very thorough, and put me at ease. Was able to answer all of my questions and has a great way of communicating with her patients. She was timely as well! Loved her!
Dr Ruiz is part of Ocala Eye in the Donnellon office. Besides being very professional, very efficient, and very knowledgeable, she has a beautiful attitude towards her patients. She is friendly and very patient. She will answer any question you want or need to set your mind at ease making the whole experience very nice. You don't have to travel far to get the best care just book an appointment with Dr Ruiz she will take care of your eyes.
Patricia Ruiz OD was so professional and kind. Took her time and made sure that I understood everything. Very knowledgeable.. the whole staff were professional, kind ,caring, and made sure that they explained every procedure before going through them. I go back in 6 months to recheck my eyes. Thankyou all. I highly recommend this place.
This was my first visit at Ocala Eye of Dunnellon. The exam I had today was very thorough. The staff was very friendly and professional. Dr. Ruiz answered all of my questions. I was not rushed. I have every confidence that my eye issues will be resolved.
Excellent experience here with the doctor and all of the staff. Dr. Ruiz took time to explain and to answer my questions. Walter is clearly an expert in fitting and ordering glasses--I look forward to ordering glasses in the future. Everyone is very pleasant and helpful. I'm so thankful to have this eye clinic and it's amazing staff right here in Dunnellon!
