Ocean Eye Care has a clean, modern office! The staff was friendly and actually took the time to help without making me feel rushed, which I appreciated. Everything felt organized and easy from start to finish. Recommend!
I was in the Hamptons for the weekend with some friends. My friend lost his glasses in the ocean and didn’t have contacts so we had to scramble and find an eye doctor on a Friday afternoon who would accept a last minute walk in. We called multiple places , Ocean Eye Care was the only establishment that was flexible enough to see us immediately. They didn’t over complicate things, they assured us to just come in and they would take it from there. My friend had an eye exam and the doctor also gave him some replacement lenses to use in the meantime. The front staff was awesome, super kind and personable and the doctor was great as well. They even gave both of us sunglasses to use at the beach. I really recommend these guys. I live in Manhattan, but if I was in the area more , I would have them as my eye doctor.
I had a fantastic experience here with my wife. Pete saw us as soon as we checked in and was super kind. My wife's secondary language is english but even so Pete took his time explaining every procedure and explaining the purpose of all the tests he was doing. We also were happy that we didn't feel pressured to buy lenses and Pete even recommended himself they may not be necessary because of the slight change in my wife's prescription. Overall, it was a great new patient experience and I'd recommend him to anyone.
I came in because one of the lens on my glasses had come out. They put the lens back and adjusted everything and didn't charge me a penny. And they were so nice. These guys are very special!
Highly recommend Dr.Wagoner! Dr. Wagoner is absolutely amazing with children! My boys always get so nervous when it comes to eye exam visits but Dr.Wagoner made them feel completely comfortable and even made the visit fun. He is patient, gentle and takes the time to explain everything in a way kids can understand😎 The office staff Marissa and Maria are friendly and welcoming which makes the whole experience stress free from start to finish. I highly recommend Dr. Wagoner to any person looking for an eye doctor who truly cares!! 🤗
