I had a piece of metal debris land in my eye late in the day. Nearing closing time, I called to inquire as to whether I could get in for this emergency. Totally ACCOMADATING and had me in for treatment, without concern for being held over. Great people here!
I've been coming here for years. I like coming here because I don't feel pressured when it comes to picking out my eyeglasses. The atmosphere is relaxed. They show you what your options are, and let you feel free to browse. I never feel pressured to buy something I don't want. The staff is warm and friendly.
Some people just do their jobs—and then there’s Nadine at Ochoco Vision Source. Our little guy absolutely lit up at his appointment because Nadine made him feel like she showed up just for him. She’s kind, calm, and funny—and somehow turns “sit still and wear these” into giggles and confidence. The whole team is exceptional—professional yet warm, quick but thorough, and truly wonderful with kids. Couldn’t recommend them more!👓👏
I have been coming here for years. The glasses technician has been there as long as I can remember and is so knowledgeable and through with everything. I have had glasses made elsewhere that has not been as good as they do it. The fit is always excellent and you can tell Amanda knows what she is doing. She is also excellent at helping me choose a frame not only for the style, but she makes sure they fit right. I never have issues when they bill my insurance as I have had with other places. Each staff person is friendly and funny and the doctor was very thorough. I have read a few other of these reviews and I felt compelled to write my own. If you feel you did not receive good service, maybe it's you that is the problem because after 10 + years of coming here I have never received poor service of any kind. Called them to make yearly appt. Refused to take us because we were turned into collections for $24. We've been going here for years, and had just paid them $2000. Offered to bring it to them, they were kind of rude, and said no. It's sad that money comes before a patient. I see things haven't changed! You guys are petty, and quite rude. We offered to pay the $24, but money comes first, doesn't it? Pretty sad treatment for elderly on disability with glaucoma. People beware, they aren't worth it, money comes first!!! Oh and by the way, had to have 2 heart surgeries, but their $24 was more important. Like I said petty...
