Ochsner Vision Center - Ochsner Medical Complex - Clearview

Wonderful facility for out patient procedure. They treat the patient and family politely from the time you enter until you leave. They have a good process to keep the family informed while you wait with a text system and a computer screen. The waiting area is large and roomy with large windows that create a relaxing, comfortable experience. Plenty of seating options including tables that have outlets in case you want to work on a computer. The only complaint is the lack of a proper food and beverage area. They have a kiosk system that charges $2.50 for a terrible PJs coffee pod cup. PJs should be ashamed to be part of this scam since the taste is so bad.

I have been battling plantar fasciitis since the end of February. I started my therapy at end of March. When I started Morgan worked with me and gave me great therapy treatment. His treatment gave me much relief. Robin also worked with me and add to my healing and treatment of my plantar fasciitis that persistent. They both were extremely supportive and provided me with excellent therapy. We are still in the healing process but I feel that we are almost there. Thank you Morgan and Robin! Mike was brought in to dry needle my foot and OML let me tell you that this has elevated my healing in conjunction with my therapy routine. Mike’s dry needling and therapy is top notch and has helped my persistent plantar fasciitis on its healing track and I can see a full recovery soon. Thank you to Morgan, Robin and Mike!!!!

I walked in signed in with my paperwork and not even 15 minutes the nurse called me in for my mamogram scheduled for 1pm. I had a bone density test scheduled for 2pm but they were able to move it early. I was thrilled. I thought I would have to sit around for at least 45 minutes, but I didn't. The were very professional and off I went.

The patient status chart requires immediate improvement. The current electronic screen is to busy and scroll to fast to locate your love ones procedure status. You should be able to access your my ochner app and locate the procedure using the patient case number immediately. A simple solution.

2025b My Oschner Eye appointment was fantastic! , i ❤️ being attended to by Destiny .she is professional , caring & and always makes me feel special by brightening up my day. I know i 'm in good hands when i see this team. My eyes were examined by Dr. Delcambre she is patient , attentive, courteous, & professional. I am always greeted me w a smile. She is courteous, professional and has a sparkling personality. her great attention to details always put me at ease Oschner has some of the best Eye Doctors. 2.5 years ago I had a retinal hemorrhage that caused Legal blindness in my left eye when both my eyes were blurry ft on cateracts, I couldn't drive my car, or go anywher alone. God sent me to the right people and place. As published Author and poet Oschner help to make my dream come true.my vision is 20/20. 😃 9/9/24 I went to Oschner to pick up my new Eyeglasses from The Oschner Clearview Vision Center. I highly recommend their hospital , medical center, & Eye Doctors to anyone. To me, they are one of the "BEST in the Nation"! Ochsner Hospital and Employees I 'm always welcomed & greeted w a smile By Ochsner Employees, they are grand! Very professional, friendly, and courteous Always willing to lend a helping hand .Ochsner will always be one of the nation's best "hospitals to me!
