Dr Chi was excellent he explained every step and reasons of procedure he recommend would recommend Dr Chi to anyone. The staff at Wadsworth office was very freely and helpful. Christy and Abby were great.
I am always satisfied with my visit and the Examination. All the employees that have helped me over the last few years have been very knowledgeable and caring.
The staff is nice, and the doctor is great. The patients are not. Many listen to their programs on their phones without using headphones. The reception staff needs to be trained to manage patient behavior, and everyone should have good manners. Posting some signs may help.
The staff I deal with at the Wadsworth office is top notch. Yesterday, despite an extremely busy waiting room, all the staff was friendly and professional. They took time and were thorough in testing my vision. Amy Fernandez DO has always been a genuine credit to her craft.
Dr. Vincent and her staff were very professional and pleasant. They answered all of my questions and did not rush me at all.
