Mostly good product in stock. Good to buy online for pick up. Store is clean and usually has electric carts. This is important to me as I have mobility issues. The staff is generally kind and will assist.
One of the things we always worry about as 18 wheeler drivers is one, are we allowed to park there. Two will we fit if we try to park in there. The answer to both is yes. Park behind the store, be respectful. I’m very happy with this Walmart. Thank you you guys
This Walmart is very large. It was clean and appeared to have whatever I needed. The issue came when it was time.to check out. None of the self checkout machines were working and the lines were long. I spent more time.in the checkout line than I did selecting my items.
DO NOT BUT ANY ELECTRONICS FROM HERE!!! My mom took my son to this store today to buy him a LG gaming monitor. When she dropped him off he was eager to open. I watched my baby open it. The monitor was clearly broken. We could see taking it out the box. We plug it in whole screen broken. We take it back to store shortly after. The customer service employee says the box serial number isn’t matching what was in the monitor inside. She called 5 additional people up front. Including the stock manager who said he is the one who except the electronics and lock them up. Shady looking guy I wouldn’t be surprised if he was responsible in some way. They tell me there is nothing they can do no exchange no refund. UNACCEPTABLE! We are honest customers I never return anything to Walmart or any other store really unless it’s something like this. I had to keep cool and walk away $158 down the drain m. Walmart lost a customer today! They can’t have another dollar from me and I spend well this transaction alone was $400.
I would definitely like to say thank you very much for your assistance on today. I dont recall the first associate name however she directed me in the right place to get a TV stand then I ran into Mr. Lu , who was so very awesome and assisted me with getting this very heavy stand into my car. Mr. Luv was extremely professional with great customer service, KUDOS to you. Thank 👏 you so much for your assistance today.
