I have been going to Ohio State Optical for a long time. The staff there and the drs. are consistently very nice and helpful. I feel that the Ohio State Optical staff will go to great lengths to make sure customers are happy with their new glasses.
I want to thank the staff and the doctor for bringing me in earlier and really taking good care of my problem. By far the friendliest and most knowledgeable staff I have ever encountered. Thank you so much for making the city of Athens look even better.
Dr.Fox was kind and listened to my concerns could not have had a better experience.The staff were all friendly and helpful. Jane was extremely helpful with explaining my insurance could not have been a better experience all the way around.

The staff and doctor was absolutely amazing. The atmosphere of them all working together to get things done was incredible, I was impressed. The exam and finding a pair of glasses was a good experience. I recommend this business. They take care of your needs and are nice and friendly.
