Alyssa at Oliver Peoples (and Jasmine is great too!)is exactly what you would hope for in a eyewear store employee. She is knowledgeable, friendly, and fun. She helped my husband and I pick out both sunglass and prescription glass options. I truly appreciate how honest she was with her feedback on what was flattering, she was very patient with our questions and she made me want to come back into the store to purchase more. 11/10 recommendable customer service experience!

After months of visiting all sorts of eyeglass stores throughout San Diego, my wife and I went to Oliver Peoples at the Fashion Valley mall and everything fell right into place. We worked with Alyssa and Jasmine to select new eyeglass frames and lenses and their customer service was absolutely impeccable. Good customer service is a rarity in San Diego. Customer service at the superb level of this place is even more rare.

I have been shopping Oliver peoples for years. This boutique has the best service. Rob was great and offered great suggestions. I was most thrilled that this location offers prescription lenses. I purchased glasses from the Paul Newman collection. I highly recommend

I absolutely adore my new sunglasses! The manager, Jasmine, was a delight to converse with. My husband and I had a wonderful time browsing through the collections and coming back later in the evening to purchase (once group chat approved).
