Hannah was friendly and helpful! My wife and I got our glasses adjusted and tried on some new frames. We also ordered replacement nose pads for me since Hannah noticed mine were deteriorating.

I had excellent customer service. The optician remembered my voice and our conversation from a phone call we had the week before. She also remembered the frames I was interested in. I was impressed. The optician understood the style of the frames I was looking for and what color frames would work best with my complexion, eye color, and hair coloring. Because of her knowledge of the Oliver Peoples collection and her assistance, I felt very confident with the choices I made.
Oliver Peoples at Westfield Valley Fair mall on Stevens Creek, Santa Clara CA is a great place with great service. The employees there are very knowledgeable, and helpful. They will assist you find the Oliver Peoples glasses you have in mind or something new from their wide, Italian hand made, selection. I have been buying my glasses there since 2018. I recommend them 👌
