This is the best experience I have had with any eyewear brand / boutique and maybe just brands in general. The products are fantastic, but the service in this store should be proud of the staff they have representing the brand. Richard, in particular, I was thoroughly impressed with his product knowledge as well as ability to distinguish style in terms of lens gradients, etc. In terms of caring about the style, caring about the types of lenses, etc., bar none in terms of recommendations and guidance. I have now gotten 2 pairs at this location. 1 with the help of Arnelle / Robert and 2nd with the help of Richard. Just absolute pleasure to work with them.

I had visited this location in July of 2024 as a first time visitor, trying on a few different frames — one of which being the gold-framed Clifton style with a tan-tinted lens. Two years later, I finally purchased my first Oliver Peoples prescription sunglasses with this exact style and am loving them and feeling more stylish than ever, as well! I couldn’t be more satisfied with the level of service and knowledge I received from Shaquana who was kind enough to show me similar styles and give me the exact “model” or item name and code that I had kept handy all this time until purchasing. This sale would not have happened without Shaq’s consummate professionalism and expertise and I do hope she gets the positive recognition she deserves!

I've been coming to this location since we moved to N.J. seven years ago. This store introduced me to my favorite pair of frames ever, the Gregory Peck sunglasses, and I've been coming back since for occasional repairs or new purchases. Most recently I got help from Shaquana and Arnelle. I accidentally snapped my Gregory Pecks in two at the hinge, and decided to bring them in to see if they could be salvaged. Shaquana immediately determined they could be repaired, found the replacement part in the back, and quoted me the repair cost. Arnelle then did the actual repair and cleaning, and adjusted the frames to my face perfectly. I was in and out in ten minutes, despite them having to deal with other customers in the store at the time. They made it look so easy. This is just one example of many that represents the service I receive every time I'm at this store. Obviously, the staff is superbly trained. There is no other high-end store I can think of that consistently and reliably hits the mark each time I visit. I highly recommend them.

GREAT experience, I felt extremely taken care of at Oliver Peoples. Richard was so helpful, kind, informative, and made the whole buying process seamless - he's a star! I even had a prescription adjustment after the frames were made, and Richard/team took care of it so quickly and hassle-free.

Highly recommend visiting this location! Arnelle assisted me with my purchase and was so welcoming, knowledgeable and professional, which made for a truly enjoyable shopping experience. The store is also very clean and organized with a great selection in stock. I'm thrilled with the the final choice that was made after exploring a variety of options that were presented to me so well with the top-tier feedback and guidance of the team.
