had a fantastic experience here! The whole process was smooth, welcoming, educational, and honestly fun from start to finish. Check-in was remarkably fast, and the staff were absolute professionals who were quick to answer every question and help me find exactly what I needed. I left feeling completely taken care of and with my new Rx in hand.

The medical associates were very professional and eager to help. I was provided information before procedures were performed. Dr. Miller was the best. I had my eye exam at Visionworks in December, and the doctor was great — very professional and helpful. However, my experience with the Visionworks optical store was very disappointing. I ordered my glasses the same day in December, and now it’s the end of February and I still haven’t received them. In January, when I called to check the status, they told me the frame I selected was not available from their vendor. They had not contacted me about this, and if I hadn’t called, I wouldn’t have known. Because I couldn’t make multiple trips to the mall, I had to choose a different frame over email. In early February, I finally received glasses, but they had the wrong prescription. Now it’s almost the end of February, and I’m still waiting for the correct pair. The doctor was excellent, but the store’s communication, follow-up, and service need serious improvement.

Great service inside the store. Also, all stores in the area help with warranty claims. Quality as good as LensCrafters' but price definitely lower. So, a fine choice for me in multiple ways.
