Terrible service, long wait time. 2pm appt and still waiting to be seen at 5pm. What’s worst is most of the patients are elderly. I imagine that their attitude is that the patients have nothing better to do. They absolutely do not care for your time. This lack of care and professionalism is on the practice. They should reevaluate their processes on patient treatment.

One star because some of the staff workers here were horrible! They treat their elderly clients like crap! I don't know their names, but one was a male who spoke through clinch teeth-- you cant understand what the heck he's saying! Does he hate his job that much? The other was a woman who snapped orders as if she was training a dog. Neither one had any type of "people-skills" whatsoever! However, the doctor I saw and the receptionist were very nice.
OCLI in Brooklyn is absolutely amazing! From the moment we walked in, everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming. What truly stood out was the gentle care and incredible patience they showed with my grandma—it was so refreshing to see that level of kindness and attention nowadays. The entire experience, from start to finish, was easy, smooth, and honestly enjoyable for a doctor’s office. They made my grandma feel comfortable and cared for, which meant the world to me. If you’re looking for a place with skilled professionals who genuinely care about the people you love, I can’t recommend OCLI enough!
Been here for 2.45 hours and not seen yet. Allegedly Dr Silva is one of the best in NY however the non-regard for patient’s time is sickening. I’m looking for a new specialist. After waiting so long had to go to the restroom and this is what it looks like at a medical office. I’ve time and done!ocpc
the front desk is a 10/10! my eyes were in so much pain, and the front desk was able to squeeze me in for a same day appointment Yolanda who sits in the front desk did an exceptional job, and the girls in the back answered any questions i had regarding my appointment! i saw Dr. Schneider who did a phenomenal job helping me and my eyes had never felt better definitely would be coming back here, the staff will treat you so kind and will definitely leave you with a good impression
