I came here because I was referred by my medical doctor for an eye infection. The place was situated 3 blocks from the Mineola bus terminal so getting here was a breeze. The office was cleaned and air conditioned . I was seen by Dr. William Bozeman MD that gave me a thorough examination and an explanation of my needs. I was prescribed 2 medications and given a prompt follow up appointment for next week. Dr. Bozeman and the staff were professional and attentive to my needs. I look forward to coming here next week.

The front desk were rude and unprofessional. The lady had to yell at them. They were rude to an elderly man who didn't hear them call his name .
The people working here are truly the most incompetent workers i’ve ever witnessed. First I got an eye exam to find out my glasses prescription. The girl doing the test was new and had someone supervising her. Obviously she wasn’t being supervised well enough because she messed up my prescription before dilating my eyes. Because of this I had to make an appointment for the next day to reduce the test. The ladies in the front were more incompetent. They scheduled the appointment completely wrong so when I showed up the next day at a different location they said we can’t take you because whoever scheduled your appointment messed up. The girl helping me said she was not surprised meaning mineola front desk constantly mess up. This has caused a major time inconvenience and monetary inconvenience since they can’t just do a simple task correct the first time. With all that said GO TO ANY OTHER LOCATION.
always along wait. today 1 hour and 10 minutes before i saw the dr. who apologizes but this always happens here. Staff is in adequate , even for initial testings. since Dr Bacotti not in this office, I need to make a change.
Staff is very nice, doctors are knowledgeable, but somehow even a simple appointment takes at least 1.5 hrs with a lot of waiting in the waiting room between basic intake tests and seeing the doctor. 2nd time in 2 weeks that I am sitting here just killing time and having to cancel work meetings that I scheduled for 2 or 3 hrs after my appointment time. They are definitely overbooking themselves. (I originally left a 3 star review but it is dropping to 1 star because I’m still here waiting!)
