Added one star as Silva in billing was helpful. While Dr. Karlin himself is great, the reception and billing departments are awful. They are not consistent and are condescending and rude. Do not trust any "copay" they mention over the phone or at the office with your vision insurance, they will come back and bill your primary insurance later. As good as Dr. Karlin is, I will not be going back for these reasons.
Dr. Karlin needs to retire. He should stick to diagnosing eye problems and not comment on other non-related medical issues that patients have. The evil witch in charge of billing issues was obviously hired by them to do one thing - wring every last dollar they can get out of the patients. I had two conversations with her, both of which times she hung up the phone on me intentionally. I'm going back to my old eye doctor, who isn't on my ppo insurance plan but I will gladly pay out of pocket.
I had Cataract Surgery December 2023. I would highly recommend this Dr office. All of the staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Dr Huynh was extremely knowledgeable and had great bedside manner. I am very pleased with my outcome! SEE YOU LATER!
I called to get a copy of my mother-in-law's glasses prescription. Twice, from two different women, said that they were going to email it to me and I never got it. I had to physically go to the office to get the prescription. This unfavorable review is for the two women who answered the phone and never followed through with what they were suppose to do. Also, the prescription glasses here is so much more than what I found in Reseda.
I've been seeing Dr. Aizuss since I was a child, since the doctor himself was a young man. I'm in my late 30's bow! He is turned my vision from 20/800 which is legally blind, to the best vision money can buy I now have eagle eyes 20/15 vision! 👍 Which is better than 20/20 vision!!!! I would never trust another doctor besides Dr. Aizuss to work on my eyes ! Our eyes are the most important gift we could ever have which is the gift of seeing! Come here if you care about your vision and your eyesight
