Dr. John Campagna and his staff are absolutely 5 Star in every way! Dr Campagna is so professional, so kind and gentle, so ready to explain and answer questions—and just an extremely caring person. The staff surrounding him echos his characteristics as well. I feel so very fortunate that my husband and I have been able to have the superb care of Dr Campagna for many years.
This place is busy! It seemed that they book more than one or even two patients at a time and somehow juggled us all. After the assistant did a quick exam and put drops in my eyes for numbing and then to dilate, he took me to a secondary waiting are where I sat for 20-30 minutes waiting for the doc with at least 6 or 8 other patients. When I saw the doc, he didn't seem rushed or anything and took his time to explain everything. He was very young and handsome and friendly. Overall, I had a good experience despite being there for an hour and a half. Everyone was personable and seemed to be happy at work. 😊
My wife recently had her first visit at this Opthalmology clinic location, her experience was very positive, as soon as she walk in the front desk personal were vere polite and professional. First Technician Ross did the eye exam check-in and eye prescription exam. From the beginning Ross had a happy go lucky with a caring attitude but always stayed professional, he definitely has great customer service skills, Outstanding job Mr Ross. Afterwards she saw Doctor Khamini who is probably one of the best ophthalmologist my wife has seen of all the other eye doctors she seen in the past. when Dr khamini was explaining her initial findings and treatments she was very empathetic and precise while talking to my wife unlike other doctors that read your chart and say nothing and see you next year. Dr khamini was awesome!! she made my wife feel so positive and happy afterwards. Thank you so much Dr Khamini and Tech Ross for your service.
Had a great experience with Doctor Trevino and his staff. Great people to work with and Doctor Trevino is very knowledgeable about the problem I was having. I will continue to work with him and feel positive we are in the right process.
Very comfortable atmosphere. All the employees were very professional and courteous.The office is very clean. The different procedures and testing were fully explained. I am a patient of Dr. Khimani, love her. Very patient and is very thorough. Would recommend this practice for anyone searching for an ophthalmologist.
