Five Stars — Truly Exceptional Experience I had an outstanding experience at Opt Optometric’s Palm Springs location, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I’ve always struggled to find glasses that fit comfortably because I have a larger bridge, and most places rush the process or recommend styles that don’t suit me. But Todd Bauer changed that. He took the time to really assess fit, explain options, and guide me toward frames I never would have considered on my own, the Moscot Lemtosh. I trusted his expertise, and I’m so glad I did. The fit is perfect, the color suits me, and I’ve already received so many compliments. Todd also helped me choose the right progressive lenses and transition tint. Again, with absolutely no pressure or upselling. The combination he recommended is spot on: comfortable, functional, and stylish. I had an exceptional experience at OPT Optometric. I was in the market for a nice pair of sunglasses, but had only a very general idea of what I wanted. I'd read they give a lot of attention to "style" you into a pair, I decided to try them out, and my expectations were exceeded. They had a huge selection that was very hard to choose from. Todd Bauer brought out ones he thought would work well for me and took an immense amount of time helping me to pick out the right ones. Not only was he honest with what looked best, he also gave me his input as to what each pair came across as to him - "man of leisure," "yacht-club," "fun," "classic," "natural," just to name a few. I finally narrowed it down to two pairs of very different styles, and ended up buying both of them. I was so impressed with Todd's personable service not only with what I already described but also in taking care to ensure the glasses were a perfect fit. Highly recommended. I also plan to make an appointment with Dr. Tawil when it comes time for my next eye exam.

I arrived Palm Springs and realized I had forgotten my contacts (daily wear) back home. OPT was AWESOME! They worked with my optometrist and were able to provide me with a few pair to get me through the week. I stopped in to pick up my contacts and Todd was extremely friendly. This entire experience helped minimize my stress and I was able to enjoy my vacation and able to see the beautiful sights of Palm Springs - literally. Thank you OPT!
