Dr was fine but when buying the glasses it was obvious the person worked on commission. She didn't ask me anything. Pre filled out a form for progressives, transitions, and high end coating. Simply said that's what I needed and was expecting payment. Brought my free (covered by insurance) glasses to over $300. I simply wanted regular driving glasses. Predatory tactics. Lots of people would have just assumed if that's what they said I need I must. Then they 1st had me sign a paper saying I received my Rx BEFORE even seeing the Dr. After I had her remove all the stuff I didn't want I asked for my Rx. She said the printer didn't work and I could pick it up later. Obviously she didn't want me to go online and buy cheaper glasses with the Rx. After pushing another sales person over heard and said the printer works. Very sketchy.

The woman you see before the doctor (in the room on the right) has NO business etiquette at all, she is rude, has no couth & has no sense of customer service. She acts as if you're a bother for being there & then makes snide remarks the whole time. I would NEVER want someone like that representing my place of business. Yikes. Do better. We will be going elsewhere from now on. Crazy how one employee can ruin your entire experience to the point of not wanting to return.

Everything was professionally handled by friendly knowledgeable staff from beginning to end. All my questions were answered about my eye care as I previously have had cataract surgery and not certain if and when I needed new glasses. I was not pressured into buying new glasses that were not necessary. Thank you Opti-mart!

YMy appointment was handled quickly and efficiently. Everyone is pleasant and easy to deal with. I found new frames for a reasonable price and they knew my insurance limits. I'm looking forward to my new glasses.,

Lovely staff and good location; however their glasses take FOREVER. In office I was told 10 days. When I called to check, I was directed to their national call center and the call center told me it would be a month! I was able to use the prescription they gave me, order a set of glasses online, and received those glasses and I still have not gotten the call that my glasses I ordered through Optimart are ready.
