I dont normally do reviews, but ive had such a good experience the last two times I've been in there with a lady named STACY, no wait, she's greeted me right as I walk in, very inviting and friendly. Everything has always been "oh no problem", she's always pleasant and makes me feel comfortable, she's confident in her job it always appears, she's fixed my glasses, and guess what? She was happy about it. To the public, go see her, she's great and she'll fix you up with a smile. To the managers at Walmart, kudos to you for finding that one, she's definitely an asset to Walmart Optical, yall did good finding that one.

I would like to formally commend Stacy, Vision Center Manager at the Inverness, Florida store, for her exceptional customer service and outstanding professionalism. I recently bought in my Ray-Ban Meta glasses for repair, expecting the process to the last several days. Instead, Stacy went above and beyond to diagnose the issue coordinate, the repair, and return glasses back to me less than two days. Her knowledge, efficient and genuine commitment to helping customers reflect the high standards Walmart service. It is rare to encounter someone who combines technical skills with such sincere care and follow-through. Stacy‘s dedication made a meaningful difference to me, and she deserves recognition for performing far above normal expectations. Employees like Stacy strengthen customer trust and elevate the entire store experience. She is truly an asset to Wal-Mart. Sincerely yours, Michael G Barrington CDR, USN (Ret)
We received the most outstanding service and care during our visit. Garrett was beyond amazing. I learned more about my appropriate eyeglass needs in this one visit than I have in the 25+ years I’ve been wearing glasses. His knowledge, patience, and attention to detail were truly exceptional. He took the time to explain options clearly, answered every question thoroughly, and made sure we felt confident and comfortable with our choices. This was hands-down the best eyewear experience I’ve ever had. Garrett is a true professional and an absolute asset to your team.
I’ve had positive experiences with Walmart Vision for my children’s glasses in the past, which is why this last visit was so disappointing. On 2/10/26, we came in for a frame repair under warranty for my son. The associate, Garrett, looked up our warranty and immediately accused us of “abusing” it, stating that the glasses had been repaired three times. This accusation was delivered in an accusatory and unprofessional manner. Garett’s accusation was humiliating, disrespectful, and completely unnecessary, especially given that I have teenage boys, which is exactly why I purchased the warranty in the first place. The previous repairs were due to hinge failure on the same pair of frames, coming apart at the hinges each time. Perhaps he should have suggested a different style frame next time without accusing a mother bringing her child’s glasses in after work to be fixed of “abusing” the service I paid for. I expect professionalism and courtesy, not blame. Extremely disappointed.
Had a great experience thanks to Sheila, she was helpful and experienced. This was my first time ordering glasses and I was using my insurance benefits in the last day available and she made is easy! I am so excited to get my glasses 🤓. The optometrist was great too giving opinions and helping me get everything right. Than you all!
