Nicole at front was absolutely amazing. She helped my grandmother, who doesn’t speak English, and made the entire experience so much easier. Dr. Wessler and the whole staff were wonderful as well. Highly recommend this office!

What a wonderful staff and business. I walked in at 9 am to a lobby full of people and thought to myself "great, i'll probably be here for hours." My appointment was at 9, i got called back at 9:05. The assistant was so thorough and quick and kind. He got me ready to see the doctor. She was also so kind and quick. I was in the office for a total of one hour for a full eye exam. They know what they're doing. Very knowledgeable, seems like the whole staff has been there for a while. They have a great system going. I never leave reviews for eye doctors, but they deserved it. Highly recommend.
Always a great experience. Dr Hair & everyone there are so kind. Whether I’m having medical testing or for our annual eye exam. Jerome is so great when ordering glasses. Great place, Great staff.
I was put off from the moment I walked in the door when I had to listen to blasting gospel music. I dont want to hear blasting music of any kind at 7:30am......there is a reason doctors offices have "elevator music" because it is soothing and no one cares about it. So my appointment was at 7:40am, to start with when I checked in, the woman who made my appointment put me in for a routine exam when I clearly told her it would be medical so the girl checking me in had to change a few things so that they could bill medical and not vision insurance. Then I ended up waiting until 8:15 to see the person before the doctor, how do you run behind when I am the first appointment of the day? Anyway they refused to see me unless they could dialte my eyes and since I drove myself and had to come home and work, I told them no and we would have to reschedule. Needless to say, I did not reschedule with them, I found a different place.
I was really impressed by everyone there. From the women I met at the front desk, to the technician and finally, Dr. Hair; all of my questions were answered and everyone was very friendly and professional. I'm definitely going to return to the same location!
