Opti-mart – Zephyrhills (Sight360)

I have been coming to this place for years, it is excellent. I cannot believe they would ever get a negative review, everyone of them treat me like family. I drive all the way from Bushnell, Florida to receive the outstanding care I receive at this location. I have gave them a excellent review with Google. I tell everyone I know about the loving care I receive here. Christ tells us to love everyone and all the people here show Christ love to everyone. It takes me a hour to get to this location but I would drive it for the love and friendliness. Some of the reviews that are negative I would disregard because I speak the truth. I also have let Humana Gold Plus know that they are excellent! God blessings and love to everyone.

My mother had been avoiding an eye checkup for months because she dislikes hospitals. Surprisingly, she felt comfortable here within minutes. The nurse guided her gently through every test and the doctor explained the results in a way she could actually understand.

All of the staff and Dr were extremely nice and friendly Michelina was so helpful when picking out my glasses and discussing my options for my glasses She was very relatable It was the fastest waiting time which I appreciated I was in and out within 30 minutes I would definitely go back

I called here today because my insurance’s website said they are in network. As I’m telling the receptionist my two types of insurance, she asks me the name of the plan. I could tell she wasn’t listening to what I just said because she interrupted me and I literally just said Blue Vision. When she asks me the name of my plan (which I literally just told her), I tell her it’s the high option of that plan. She tells me they don’t accept my insurance. I told her the insurance website said they do take it. She insists that they don’t, so I just hang up. I check the website again and they do take my insurance. I’m not even going to try again. It seemed like she couldn’t wait to tell me they don’t take my insurance, so I’ll just keep driving to Wesley Chapel to that eye doctor.

Walked into a friendly environment, greeted by the front desk receptionist. Filled out paperwork, then escorted into a room where I was dialalated by a young lady. Moments later, was called in for actual eye exam by a lovely professional and courteous specialist. Did the exam and was then taken to a women who helped with the selection of Eyewear. Made my choice and was pleased with the over all experience. Would recommend Opri-mart to everyone.
