I cannot recommend this business more! We are from out of town and my husband’s hearing aid went out. They were actually closed but they had us come in anyway! They not only fixed it but it sounds better than before! THE kindest people! Please frequent this business!

had my appointment at the Brook Park, Ohio office. The audiologist was very kind and professional — she took the measurements for my hearing aids and told me they would call me once they were ready. After waiting almost three weeks, I called and was told the manufacturer was delayed. I kept waiting, left several messages over the next month, and finally was told that my insurance had not responded. However, when I called my insurance company, they said they had no record of any request from this office. It has now been more than a month and a half, and I still have not received my hearing aids or any clear update. I feel that my case was not handled with the seriousness and communication it deserved. Very disappointed with how this situation was managed.

Very friendly front desk receptionist. The audiologist Vanessa was friendly and efficient. Told me about the issues and procedures. Fast service and solved my issue where there is a small piece of soap in my ear tunnel. She also cleared my other ear’s dirt. Which was a bonus. Finally she cleaned and change my wax guard. What great service! Thanks Chris Whitten for a great company and great service. And the price is so reasonably you can’t believe! I will recommend Reserve Hearing to anyone with a 5 STAR RATING! A big thank you!!!

AWESOME staff! They Eplained everything step by step and results of my test, and when my earning aids will arrive! Very friendly and polite staff! I'm looking forward to receive my hearing aids. .. I've received my hearing aids! Brittany & Mr. Fox are AMAZING! They both are very polite, caring, friendly and sincerely listened to me, when I had a question.

I'm very happy with the experience I had with Reserve Hearing Center. The receptionist, the audiologist, the people who called me while arranging the appointments, everything has been top notch. I like the way the audiologist took his time with me, and recommended,(after I limited the choice to white or silver), recommended the silver, matching my hair color. He did not push me when I opted for the smaller hearing aid that requires batteries. My ears are sensitive and I didn't want to chance not getting used to the bigger one, although it was not huge at all. The ones I'll get are very nice, very comfortable. I'm very excited about being able to hear clearly and well for the first time in a long time. I highly recommend these people, and this business as they are very nice and very professional.
