Amazing experience for my family. What could have been a scary experience for my daughter Juan Farias and his staff made easy and fun for her and AFFORDABLE and informative for us. Dr. Farias and his staff are kind and caring. I highly recommend this office for any and all eyecare needs.
Worst customer service ever. Very unprofessional. They refuse to give my husband his prescription because he didn't want to purchase any glasses. These people are money hungry.
Was in Miami on jet skiis and lost my glasses on Wednesday, these guys got me a new pair by the next morning and allowed me to continue my vacation. I thank you guys so much great price and great people all around. I would give these guys 10 stars if I could.
My favorite optical shop since moving to Miami. Very friendly and professional staff. They always help me pick out my frames and can get me emergency service when needed.
Same here...they didn't want to give back my prescription. Next time I'm calling the cops to get it back. Worst ever.
