A special shout out to Tram, who consistently goes above and beyond every visit — she makes sure everything runs smoothly and on time, and she genuinely listens to and incorporates all your feedback. Dr. Yandell is fantastic. When it came to getting my scleral lenses fitted correctly, she took the time to make sure every fitting was precise, patiently addressing all my questions and concerns along the way. Her attention to detail and care really made the difference. Every single visit, the staff goes out of their way to make the experience seamless and stress-free. I highly recommend Optical Illusion to anyone looking for a practice that truly puts patients first!

We had the BEST experience at Optical Illusions Santana Row with Dr. Will To and his incredible team! From the moment we walked in, everyone was so welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely great with kids. My daughter can be a little nervous at appointments, but Dr. To made it fun and engaging - he even used a puppet to help keep her comfortable and smiling the whole time. It made such a difference! I also learned how important it is for both kids and adults to have annual comprehensive eye exams, especially with how much screen time is part of daily life now. That alone made this visit so worthwhile. Their optical selection is amazing!! We all found glasses and sunglasses that we absolutely love! The team was so helpful in guiding us without any pressure. And to top it all off, we were lucky enough to win one of their promotional giveaways - tickets to a San Jose Sharks game in the Penthouse Lounge 🤯 Such an unforgettable experience!!! I have been going to Optical Illusions on Santana Row for several years and have been very happy with my care. I’ve been a long time patient of Dr. Yandell who has great bedside manner and explains things very clearly. She goes over my options and focuses on shared decision making. The office has new high tech machines for diagnosis and treatment for dry eyes. I recently saw Dr. Asslani, who was also very knowledgeable and personable.

Gina was so helpful and patient with me. Originally just came in to look at some frames, but the staff was so helpful. Everyone is so nice and they actually want to help you. Ended up getting an eye exam and getting the perfect Lens for me very appreciated that they allowed me to try on so many frames the experience was Great overall
