Eduardo was the best! Extremely helpful and friendly! Made me feel so comfortable and aided my choice in frame that best suited me and I love it. They made the payment process a breeze for me also. Wish I could give more than 5 stars on here!
I went to buy contact lens at this establishment. I called before I showed up and was given a price but when I WENT in the non-manager worker told me a price that was higher. Now contact lens that don't require astigmatism or bifocal requirements should be the same price no matter the strength of the prescription. The non manager worker told me its higher due to my prescription which is not the truth. Suppliers charge the same. Also, I did voice my opinion that contacts lens should not be charged more than what the insurance company pays. I understand you have a business , but its in a low income area . Charge people fair market value. The non-manager worker had a big smile on her face like its funny. Hire people to work that are qualified. In addition, hire people that represent the people who predominantly use your facility. Those of you who are using your insurance please be mindful on how they are spending your yearly insurance allowance with this facility. Overcharging customers when using insurance is a possible waste and abuse claim.
by far the best eye glass place I’ve been coming here for years. Alpa is best far the best with multitasking , expediting orders while still maintaining a very positive attitude. Omg the way she able to pull stringssss. Love love love this place! Where everyone else told me not for my 3 year old vision test Alpa said yes!
Absolutely ripping people off. Went there to get a screw replaced on my glasses. Needed it urgently. They charged my $20 for a $5 fix. EDIT: I received a call back from the manager regarding my review and addressed my concern right away. The manager was well spoken and explained the charges and refunded the entire amount.
