Dr. Gosling is extremely knowledgeable and personable, this is a great clinic to attend. I also had a phenomenal experience with Lisa and the rest of their front desk staff when I needed contact lenses exchanged a couple months after purchase.
This place is great! The staff is incredibly kind and transparent. Dr. Bailin was incredibly thorough and took the time to explain everything she saw in my eye exam. Just overall very pleasant. Lisa was also great as I needed to get my glasses before going out of town and she helped make that happen.
All the staff is friendly. Dr Gosling explained everything clearly. Great experience!
I highly recommend optical matters. You can't go wrong. The staff are some of the kindest, most thoughtful people. I am disabled and sitting causes very severe back pain. As a result I typically have to lie down in the car while being driven somewhere. I ordered new glasses and Lisa was kind enough to come out to the car, so I wouldn't have to get up and come into the store. Thank you LISA. She fit and adjusted my classes perfectly. Any business who treats a disabled customer the way they treated me is well worth my business.
We have never had to pay out of pocket at any other optometrist until this company.
