I would like to take a moment to recognize the exceptional customer service I received from Letticha at the Optical Outlet @ Sandlake FL location From the moment we (Jacqueline Reynoso and I) arrived, Letticha was friendly, professional, patient, and genuinely attentive to my needs. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable, informed, and valued as a customer. Their knowledge, kindness, and willingness to help made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. It is rare to come across someone who takes such pride in providing excellent customer service. I had an amazing experience at Optical Outlets in Sand Lake! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and so helpful. Leti Miller truly went above and beyond to make sure I had the best experience possible. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain all of my options clearly. Leti helped me find the perfect frames, made sure everything fit comfortably, and even went out of her way to ensure my order was exactly what I needed. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and takes pride in providing outstanding customer service. The entire process was smooth, stress-free, and honestly better than any optical experience I've had before. Do not waste your time going here (Sandlake Rd.) The staff are rude, disorderly, and inept. They do NOT care about you. They do not send the needed request for authorization for referral to your insurance company. They never answer the phone. I have called over 15 times. I have left 1 message with a call center. I have left 3 messages on their voicemail. No one ever called me back. The other 11 + times the phone just rang and rang… I am reporting them to the BBB.

Terrible service. No sense of urgency. Do not take patient concerns seriously. Used to be ok but recent staff changes have been for the worse. I have been waiting 3 months for them to release my benefits in order to use my insurance elsewhere after they incorrectly billed for services I explicitly told them to bill me out of pocket instead. I know of others in my close circles who have dealt with ineptitude at this location as well. Would not recommend.
