Optical Outlets

I had my yearly checkup today at Optical Outlets in Leesburg. All the staff were efficient, kind, and personable. The doctor listened to my new concerns, and did a thorough exam which calm my nerves. In the final step of checking out I was helped by a young man named Ayden. He was kind, patient, caring, and also knowledgeable. This experience was wonderful, and I will definitely refer Optical Outlet of Leesburg to others. Evelyn.

Ayden at Optical Outlet was extremely helpful when I went in to pick up my glasses and get another pair fixed using my insurance. He made the whole process quick and easy and took the time to explain everything clearly. Ayden was professional, friendly, and made sure my glasses fit perfectly before I left. I really appreciated how smoothly he handled the insurance part and got my other pair repaired without any hassle. Great customer service—thanks again, Ayden!

I’ve been going there for a few years. I am hard of hearing but don’t use a hearing aid. I’ve never had a problem with any of their workers always polite and very accommodating. Melissa was very helpful when I was looking for small frames, the girls at the front were very kind and spoke loudly for me when I asked if they could. The boy that blew air at me explained what the machines do when I asked. And I really liked my doctor she spoke loud to me the whole time and was very kind to me. All around I was really happy with everyone that help me and I’ll be going there from now on.

Ayden is a very smart young man , helped me find the right size glasses for my face , the experience was great ajd definitely will be returning to him next visit , Thank you Ayden !

Everyone at the front counter were nice and patient. I really didn’t like the dr who did my exam. I’ve had the worst experience ever. He was rude and had a very slick mouth. He was literally almost yelling at me. and he also burped in front of me and the person that was there with me. He basically tried to call me a liar. And he was also rude to the person that was with me as well. He was a kinda tall fat white guy. All I kno is his name was dr. Johannessen. 0/10 don’t recommend him.
