Optical Outlets – Countryside

Thursday, July 2nd, 2026, I came back to the Optical Outlet to order another pair of eyglasses. I had purchased a pair last November and was very happy with the experience. I was even more pleased to see that Giselle was working today. She had taken my previous order last November and everything went well! The store is very large inside and everything is well laid out. The atmosphere is very relaxing and they will always let you take your time. There are hundreds of frames in displays to choose from and they have them in all price ranges. Again, Giselle was very nice to work with and she got me squared away in no time. I'm sure my new specs will be exactly as I ordered and I'll probably get them in about 5 to 7-days like the last time. I highly recommend this optical Outlet. Ask for Giselle and you'll be a happy customer!

Me and my daughter went in on Friday 07.03.2026 and we order her glass that day as well. We are super excited to receive them! Everyone was super friendly and nice. I didn't catch the guy at the front desks, name, however he was very nice and welcoming.

Had a great experience here Maria went above and beyond her expectations found a specific pair of glasses and resolved a problem. I left HAPPY. Maria is a great asset to the outlet and the other workers have outstanding customer service. I will definitely keep returning. If you haven't visited the outlet give it a shot very professional and warm place

I had a problem with glasses I purchased here and was very fortunate to meet your incredible manager Alejandro Baster. He was completely understanding, knowledgeable and able to handle the situation immediately.? Optical Outlets is very lucky to have him as a Manager. Not only was I satisfied he showed me other glasses and I purchased two more pair. I also brought a friend with me and she purchased two pair!!! Thanks Alejandro for all your help, thanks Optical Outlets for having the foresight to hire such a fabulous individual as Manager!!
