This facility was great, you walk in and it's clean and smells good. The staff greets you upon entering, Maria and Lydia are so welcoming and knowledgeable. I took my granddaughter for her appointment and was so pleased I came out with an appointment for myself. The Doctor was pleasant and patient. Over all I give 5 stars and would give more if possible.

I had eye exam appointments for my three children today, and it was an amazing experience. We’ve been coming here for years and have never had any issues. The staff is always helpful and friendly, and I especially appreciate how the doctor interacts with children—it’s very important to me. Lydia went above and beyond to help my picky daughter find the perfect frames. She didn’t give up until my daughter found a pair she truly loved. We sincerely appreciate everything she did for us today! Thank you Lydia!
My daughter had an appt with Dr. Vincent Passaro today at 310pm. We arrive at 3pm waited until almost 4pm for him to finally grab her chart and he calls in someone else. There was a girl who just came to sit that was called in. He looked right past us with my daughter's chart in his hand. Felt like he was avoiding us. We were sitting before her in time and view. I am not trying to call the race card but I felt he may have had a problem with black ppl. My daughter feels the same way. Sad thing is the location is the closet one to me before a 20min travel but I will avoid this office at all cause. The wait time is no good. The employees are incompetent. This place and doctors should be looked into.
I want to give a huge thank-you to the receptionist LYDIA at Optical Outlets for truly going above and beyond. From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, patient, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to answer all my questions, made sure everything was handled smoothly, and genuinely cared about making my experience a great one. Customer service like this is rare and deserves recognition! Thank you so much Lydia for making sure we were completely satisfied !
I had a very frustrating experience at the Optical Outlets in New Port Richey this morning, specifically with an employee named Raul. From the beginning, he attempted to upcharge me over $350 for services and products that did not match my insurance coverage. After questioning everything and verifying directly with my insurance company, I ended up paying only $20. That kind of discrepancy is unacceptable and highly misleading. I had already provided my insurance information the day before, so there was no excuse for the confusion. Raul gave me incorrect information multiple times, including claiming I had multiple insurance plans (only have one) and insisting my copay was $50 when 1 knew it was $10. I had to call my insurance myself and have my benefits faxed over just to correct what he was telling me. He also told me I could only pick glasses from three specific display sections. When I asked another employee, I was informed I could choose from the entire store completely contradicting Raul. As a 15-year combat veteran, I value honesty, professionalism, and respect. Unfortunately, this experience reflected none of those qualities. Customers should not have to fact-check employees or fight to avoid being overcharged, This was a very disappointing and stressful experience, and I strongly encourage management to address this situation, Transparency and accurate information should be standard practice, not something customers have to demand,
