The most important is The doctor and the staff care about the patient. The optical has great variety of choices. My glasses were made using good quality materials. I wear glasses for over 40 years and This are the best glasses that ever have. Surprisedly, for the quality, attention, fashion was reasonable. I'm a happy customer.
I have so many beautiful things to say about my eye surgery with my Doctor Rowan he's amazingly good wholehearted human being great eye doctor with the magic touch and professional skills very knowledgeable and experienced Dr I would strongly recommend him to everyone else I am very impressed with the results of my eyes (once I was blind but now I see) thank you very much for your magic touch!! I called with concerns about my vision because I was having difficulty reading as I was used to and thought I might be developing cataracts. Michelle helped me by explaining insurance coverage and getting me in to be seen quickly. Dr Havens confirmed that the problem was a cataract and Michelle again scheduled me to see Dr Rowan quickly to address the problem. I’m very thankful for the concern shown to me and for the prompt attention to my issue.
Truly a wonderful place to go! I stopped in the other day to ask what services they provide, seeing as I was looking for a new place to go to for me and my mother. The two young girls at the front desk were so helpful, Lina and Satin! And Cheryl in the optical department was a hoot! Looking forward to bringing my mother to see "the miracle worker" Dr. Rowan!! LOL
Arrived for my appointment and expected a long wait, happily surprised by being called back within minutes of my scheduled appointment . The exam was thorough and all my questions were answered by a pleasant and knowledgeable clinician. Very happy with the entire experience.
