I typically like to see a doctor a couple of times before I review them, and I'm definitely impressed with Dr. Urban and his team. His assistants made me feel very welcome and I knew I was in good hands. There was a little bit of waiting time between the various tests they ran, but Dr. Urban was patient, friendly and answered all my questions. I do not have glaucoma, but I'm a glaucoma suspect and he is making sure to check me regularly. He definitely knows what he's doing. Go see him.
Beware of this office!! I never met the doctor but if the front office staff is indicative of the professionalism you will receive from the doctor move along. I arrived on time for my 10:45 appointment, new patient paperwork in hand and the office was 80+ degrees. I have migraines could not stay for a long period in this stagnant hot office so when I was called I asked if they had ac and was told yes, I asked if it was on and was told yes, at that point I indicated it was too hot for me to stay and left the office. Now they expect a $50 no show when I clearly arrived and their office was unsuitable to my needs and sensitivities. When I called to dispute the front office repeatedly put me on hold and eventually to the answering machine where she interrupted my message to speak with me. She's extremely unprofessional, rude and condescending. I won't be paying their fee. If I have to report them to the Florida department of health I will.
I was referred by Bayonet Point Hospital, for an eye injury from palm tree, warm welcome from start, very relaxed, Dr was extremely thorough, over all great visit. Thank You God Bless
I have been seeing him for a couple years, He is the most down to earth, helpful knowledgeable Dr!! his staff is wonderful.. I even brought my husband in when he lost vision in his eyes, after the hospital said it was not neurological, Dr Urban said yes it is go back to hospital and he was having a stroke! so he saved my husbands life. He is so compassionate and caring. I called this morning with an eye issue and he is on vacation and his staff is calling him to help me!! wow
