I saw Dr Seeley, whom I believe was coming in to cover for another doctor. I have been very pleased with the staff and doctors at this practice. I have never had to wait for long periods of time and I think the staff were even friendlier this time. Ashley did most of the prep work. She was very knowledgeable and thorough. The doctor was very good. I had a little abnormality and took his time to evaluate it and determined how to proceed. The doctor explained what might be the problem and rechecked the prescription until he thought I would get the most help from it I was also assured that I should come back before my yearly check if I felt the correction was not as good as I liked. The only complaint I would have is how long it takes to get in. I was very lucky this time because Dr Seeley is retired so had more openings. I would still recommend but warn of the possible wait to get in.

I am SO happy with Dr. Armstrong. She did a very thorough exam of my eyes and determined that I need much stronger prisms than my current prescription indicates. She was far more patient and understanding than the practitioner that prescribed my current lenses. Dr. Armstrong also did a successful cataract surgery on both of my eyes. I am grateful that Dr. Armstrong is here to provide care for the residents of the Roseburg area.

I would highly recommend Dr Armstrong to everyone. She is very caring and knowledgeable. She addressed the problem I was having and told me what kind of drops to buy to solve my problem. She has all the newest equipment for testing your eyes thoroughly. Great staff, also. They're all great 😃.

Dr. Alexander Willoughby is a superb physician. His skills as ophthalmologist are as high as you might hope for. His inter-personal skills make good connection with the patient. His staff is very dependable. Everybody's attitude is positive and remarkable noteworthy. As a family physician who worked across the street from this office, I can recommend Dr. Willoughby and his staff 200%. They did surgery on both of my eyes and I am very pleased. Umpqua Valley Eye Associates is a wonderful medical establishment. Soon after my arrival I was called in by Summer to complete my paperwork and preliminary eye tests for my upcoming cataract surgery. She was very friendly and efficient. Then After a brief wait Dr. Willowby came in to explain the cataract surgery procedure including the options I had and their costs. He was very knowledgeable and patiently answered all my questions. This alleviated a lot of my concerns about my upcoming cataract surgery. I feel that I am in very good hands.
