⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ Opticana NY has a great selection of glasses, though limited options for HF insurance. The staff makes up for it — they’re incredibly helpful, sweet, kind-hearted, and even bring humor into the process. They really make the experience enjoyable from start to finish!
I felt compelled to give 5 stars (10 if I could). During my appt visit I made a mistake with my ID and blamed them for keeping it when I really had it at home. Everyone, including the eye doctor, were so very nice during my confusion that I was humbled. I appreciate the professional service so much that I have decided to be permanent customer. I highly recommend this optical store as their service and products are genuine and of high caliber.

Opticana NY is such a gem! The store is spotless, the neighborhood is wonderful, and the wait time was under 30 minutes, which is amazing. The staff is super kind, funny, and helpful — they make the whole process easy and enjoyable. They have a wide selection of glasses, and even though HF insurance options are limited, the great service makes it worth it. I’ll definitely be coming back here to purchase designer frames prices are PERFECTO!
Wow, the energy in this place is absolutely electrifying! You can feel the vibrant atmosphere, as if the very air is charged with excitement and anticipation. First time coming today, and now I’m extremely excited to be their loyal customer! Forget all the other spots on Dyckman!! This is the one!
