Shawn Bambach was patient and kind in helping me pick out my new frames. She went above and beyond what would be considered normal service. I valued her opinion which was very helpful. Likewise, I feel the same about Dr Jameson. I will certainly be recommending them and their office.

Stephanie took excellent care of me and I absolutely love my new glasses. She had a keen eye for frames that complemented my face and provided honest feedback. Even when I changed my mind after she had written everything up, she promptly redid everything without any complaints. She was more than willing to do it now rather than risk me being disappointed with my glasses later. Thank you again!

I love going to 0pti-Care for all of my eye care needs. All of the people working there are the best. So friendly and helpful and they go out of their way to give you the best service. The doctors are very friendly and thorough. He explained everything going on to me in terms I could understand. A special thank you to Stephanie Redburn for my replacement frames. The measurements for new glasses are right on. No adjustments needed. Also, they gave me petite frames to fit my face which I have never even known were available. I highly recommend going here!!💖

Absolute gem! Broke glass while on vacation and they were able to repair quickly and with a smile! Couldn’t have asked for a better first time experience. Highly recommend and very appreciative for their help.

The doctors do a great job and really know their stuff. They do especially good with kids and this is the only place I've gone where my perscription actually works for my eyes since they listen so well. I would love to see a different format for their receipts because it is a little difficult to tell what you are being charged, what is covered by insurance, and how much the overall cost was. However, all the staff are very helpful (shout out to Stephanie in Bad Axe!) and that is just the only area that I can find that might need tweaking.
