I was on vacation and the screw on my glasses arm broke. I went in to see if they could fix it, never have being a customer there. They were so helpful and accommodating. Thanks again.

Great office! Hands down best optical office I’ve been to and I’m up there in age. Women helpful and efficient. Doctor and his assistant were very accommodating and made the visit pleasurable. Wonderful atmosphere

Been going here since I was 10 great place..I’ve been without glasses for 3 yrs now last time I came got told my eye sight didn’t change an didn’t get glasses have the old ones still but they broke I’ll use them if needed can tell my eyes got rlly bad over the yrs…thx to you guys I won’t be squinting at everything an everyone..one thing inform yur costumers that they have stuff they have to pay from 2023 I was a minor when my parent should of paid for my eye exam didn’t know I owed anyone money…

Staff was very attentive, helpful and friendly. I didn't have an eye exam I was getting glasses with an Rx from Dr. Buck. The woman who helped me pick out glasses was very good at helping me, she had really good input on how the frames would fit and look.

The entire staff is so welcoming! From Jennifer at reception to Holly who assisted me during my exam visit and Kyle and Danyeil who helped with selecting and gave final approval to the frames I decided on! Dr. Meissner always takes the time to ensure your concerns for the visit are addressed. The entire staff is outstanding and work as a team! Thank you!!
