The staff throughout the office is friendly, kind and courteous. I have never had to wait long which I appreciate. The staff who perform the initial tests make you feel comfortable and let you know what to expect for each procedure. Madeline fitted me for glasses and was exceptional. She listened to what I needed then choose several frames to try which fit my face and met my needs. I wanted lenses put in my current sunglasses. Even though the frame had been discontinued she was able to find the lenses to go in them. When I went to have them both fitted Madeline made sure they fit perfectly. Great experience!

My son and I have been coming to see Dr. Barger for a few years now and every time I come everyone is incredibly kind, professional, and beyond helpful. I had a great experience at this eye doctor’s office. From the moment I arrived, everyone was very welcoming and helpful. The staff took the time to answer all of my questions and address any concerns I had throughout the entire process—from the eye exam to picking out my eyewear. Everyone was kind and professional, but Madeline and the nurse who checked me in truly stood out. They made the experience especially comfortable and positive. I really appreciate the level of care I received and would definitely recommend this location to friends and family who are looking for an eye doctor.

Dr Barger understands my complicated eyes and how to get them to work well together. So grateful. For years, mostly for financial reasons, I would order my glasses from Costco but because of the differences in my eyes, I was frustrated with the quality and difficulty it was getting used to new lenses. This year, I took Dr. Bargers advice and ordered my new glasses from his office. I've had them in for one day and can already tell the difference. The quality of the lenses (progressive and transitions) are top notch. I also want to give a shout out to the staff. From the moment I checked in for my exam to the selection of my frames, everyone was very friendly and helpful. I recommend giving Opticology a try.

I have been a patient of Opticology for 10+ years, and the experience has ALWAYS been top tier! In this time, my style has remained very plain and basic, usually just replacing lenses, and keeping the same frame. My wife encouraged me to try something new this year. I went in, and B-Lined for the exact same thing-black, rectangular, and the same name brand. I tried to pick out something different, but just couldn’t do it. This time Madeline, asked if she could PLEASE help me. I told her I was supposed to be getting something different, but I’m so stuck in what I think I should look like in glasses. She picked out a few pair, based on what she has observed about me over the years. We agreed on a pair that I felt comfortable with, but I was still on pins and needles, waiting for them to come back, for fear I still made the wrong decision. I had to reach back out to the office today, because WOW! I love my new frames and how I look in them! My wife was also impressed and proud of me for trying something new! SUPER CONFIDENCE BOOST! The team at Opticology have always provided such great care and attention. Madeline said she wanted a chance to help me find the glasses that would match my style, and she did just that, without overwhelming me or my bank account! I was also able to leave my old pair, to be donated to an organization in town. This is why I’ve stuck with them for so long!
