I had a great experience at this optometry office. The staff was very friendly and patient during the pre-testing process, which made me feel comfortable right from the start. When I met with the optometrist, she was extremely thorough and took the time to explain everything clearly. I never felt rushed and appreciated how comfortable she made me feel throughout the appointment. I was seen right on time for my scheduled appointment, and the entire visit was smooth and efficient. Booking the appointment was simple and easy, and there was a great selection of frames to choose from afterward. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality eye care.

Customer service was outstanding. Everyone from the opticians to the optometrist, were amazing. All the staff were very attentive and knowledgeable. I was seen exactly at the time of my appointment. I really love how they have a large selection of glasses that are categorized by shape. This makes it a lot easier for you to find Your style. All of the medical eye exam equipment appeared to be very state of the art. The facility was very clean and organized. Also, they have frame prices for everyone, starting from below 100 dollars . I would definitely recommend this optical facility.

Dr. Thai was so sweet, kind and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions. The receptionist and staff had amazing customer serving, very nice girls. The atmosphere of the establishment is welcoming. I recommend coming here if you want a great experience. I look forward to coming here again :)

The eye doctor was extremely patient and explained each thing as she completed it. Great service and I felt extremely comfortable talking about some of the issues I was experiencing with my eyes. Great selection of frames to chose from. Highly recommend.
