I have been a loyal customer of Optics Plus for over 15 years. Not anymore! My daughter flew in from California and we went there to buy new glasses. We spent almost 2000$ for two pair! They offered to mail her glasses to her which they said they did. But weeks went by with no glasses and a tracking number that went nowhere. After multiple phone calls on my part, they replaced the glasses that were clearly mailed incorrectly. Another month later the first missing pair showed up and they sent my daughter a bill demanding payment for the replacement pair. Additionally, at our visit i had inquired whether they were having an upcoming sale as they do every year and Trish said no. Yet a few weeks later they had everything in the store on sale. If you are looking for excellent customer care and fair pricing go elsewhere .

Everyone at optics plus is extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and helpful. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! I love the frames that I purchased at the store, and I have quite a few. My progressive lenses always turn out perfectly!
