From the moment we stepped inside, the staff was very professional and attentive to my family's needs. I got a thorough eye exam along with an explanation for each step of the process. I had an awesome time finding my frame with Ravyn. She listened to what I wanted and picked out the perfect frame for me. Her feedback and excitement made trying on frames less daunting. I was very satisfied with my entire experience.

I had a nice visit, from the beginning to the end of my visit was handled professionally. The front desk personnel was courteous, the first examiner was good and helpful. My doctor was A-1, I love the way , he takes time and make sure that I understand what's going on with my eye health. His concern is awesome. Great job everyone! Thank you.

I had an outstanding visit with Dr. Thompson at the Southfield Super Vision Center. She is professional, thorough, and genuinely caring. answering all of my concerns and making sure I was comfortable with my new Prescription. From the front desk customer service, her assistant, Angel who was friendly, very exacting with her pre-set up test to the Optician Tyler who added the finale by assist with frame selections and measurements to complete my examining visit and to be present on my pick up. It made the entire experience,”Just outstanding!” I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for excellent eye care and a friendly, caring team!

The Henry Ford Optimize staff is the best. Dr. Kimbro was knowledgeable and competent, taking time to answer all my questions. Brie was patient and helpful in assisting me to pick out glasses. Then, even after I made the purchase, Michaela helped me to be certain I was comfortable with my purchase, allowing me to return a second time to consult with Brie. An all around great experience.
