I had an incredibly positive experience at Visionworks, and I genuinely wanted to recognize how exceptional Jessica was throughout my visit. From the moment I walked in, she treated me with kindness, patience, and professionalism that immediately made me feel comfortable and welcomed. Jessica went above and beyond to help me during the entire process. She took the time to carefully answer my questions, explain my options clearly, and never once made me feel rushed or like “just another customer.” What stood out most was how sincere and attentive she was!!!! you can tell she truly cares about the people she helps. It’s rare to meet someone in customer service who leaves such a lasting impression, but Miss Jessica absolutely did. I came in expecting a normal appointment and left feeling genuinely touched by the level of care and compassion I received. She made what could have been a stressful or overwhelming experience feel easy and reassuring. Her warm warm attitude, professionalism, and attention to detail made a huge difference for me personally. The staff at Visionworks was friendly and organized, but Jessica especially deserves recognition for the outstanding service she provides. Employees like her are the reason people return and recommend a business to others. I’m very grateful for the experience and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for quality eye care and truly caring customer service.

My husband and I visited this location for the first time, and we had a wonderful experience! We originally had our eye exam done in Camas, but Chelsea was incredibly kind and attentive in helping us retrieve our prescription and information. She went above and beyond to make the process smooth and easy. We spent quite a bit of time trying on different sunglasses because it was so hard to decide, but Chelsea never rushed us. She was patient, warm, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire visit. Her excellent customer service made the experience enjoyable and stress-free. I ended up purchasing prescription sunglasses, and my husband found a pair of sunglasses he loved as well. We truly appreciate Chelsea’s kindness and professionalism. We were so lucky to have her help us! Highly recommend this location, and a special thank you to Chelsea!

I went in today to get 2 repairs done on my glasses. One of the lens was bent up and I had a nose pad missing. They repaired it at no cost and were very sweet and friendly. Although it took a while as they had to assist others, for good reason, they were very appreciative of my patience and apologized for the delay (they even cleaned my lens at the end, which was squeaky clean) I noticed both ladies were comfortable and friendly with each other which was a nice environment to be in. I didn't catch the name of the 2 ladies working in the glasses section, but shout out to them for being awesome!

The service at the optical shop I visited today was excellent. The lenses had fallen out of two pairs of my sunglasses, and they quickly fixed them for me—free of charge. Thumbs up!

When it came time to choose new frames, they provided thoughtful and professional advice on what styles would best complement my round Eskimo face. They also took the time to go over the current deals they had available, helping me find the best value for my purchase. On top of that, they confirmed that my insurance was accepted, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find a place that balances efficiency with such warm, personalized care. I highly recommend Visionworks to anyone looking for a seamless and professional eye care experience.
