If zero stars were an option, I would choose it. I have waited one year to write this review on Optique at West Paces Ferry, believing the practice would fulfill its promises...it has not. If Optique at West Paces Ferry comments that I never received services from them, that is a lie and is a coverup for poor business practices and greed.
Here is the situation: I had been going to Optique at West Paces since 2023. Due to side effects of medical treatment, I require scleral lenses (very expensive) to function and perform activities of daily living. Because I cannot function without the scleral lenses, I paid out-of-pocket with the promise by Optique at West Ferry they would bill insurance, and reimburse me...this never happened after checking with my insurance company multiple times. When calling Optique about the billing/reimbursement situation, all I got was excuse after excuse.
The outcome: I was deceived by Optique at West Paces Ferry from the onset. They made promises of reimbursement for very expensive scleral lenses with the full knowledge those promises would not be kept. Now you know not to trust this practice, and it is very unfortunate because I do not like to write negative reviews, but feel it is a duty to tell the truth.
