I chose Optom-Eyes at IV-Mall for my family's glasses needs and do so year after year due to their quality service. Today's service was exceptional as I was assisted by Javier Monarrez who was very attentive and kept checking on us to make sure we were OK and didn't need any extra help. He didn't rush us at all, allowing us to take our time. I also appreciated his input when choosing a frame that fit my style and face shape. I will definitely be requesting Javier again at our next store visit!

I've been coming to this location for as long as I can remember, and the customer service has always been amazing. Every staff member I've interacted with has been friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Recently, I was assisted by Raquel, and she was absolutely fantastic. She helped me pick out frames, answered all of my questions, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Her patience, kindness, and expertise really stood out. If you're new to this location, I definitely recommend working with Raquel! She made what can sometimes feel like an overwhelming process incredibly easy. Huge shoutout to her and the entire team for always creating such a positive experience. Thank you all!

I visited optom eyes today for an eye exam and to get some new prescription glasses and I had a great experience. Dr. Lau was welcoming and professional. Also, Teresa Raya was extremely patient with me because I took a long time to choose glasses and she didn’t hurry me up and was very nice. Thank you so much for your hard work! Would definitely recommend optom eyes, Dr. Lau and Teresa!

Went in to buy some Meta Glasses when I was unable to get them at my usual optometrist and was lucky to have Rebeca help me. She was super polite and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and I even left learning something new! If you ever need help here there is no one else I would recommend but Rebeca! You’ll be glad you came here!

Great service. Went in for annual eye exam. My prescription was updated and new glasses and lenses ordered. There was no long wait. I was seen right away. The service was professional and timely. The technician assisted with glass frame and lense selection.
