I had such a great experience at this office! The check-in process was fast and easy, which made everything start off smoothly. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The doctor was so informative and took the time to explain every part of my eye exam in a way that was easy to understand without being confusing or overwhelming. I really appreciated how thorough she was and how she made sure I understood everything. Everyone in the office made me feel so comfortable. The entire staff was kind, sweet, and genuinely caring. Even though it was my first visit, they treated me like I’d been a patient there for years. It’s not often you find an office that makes you feel so welcomed, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

I have been a patient of Dr. Castaneda for years, and I have no regrets; she is very patient, answers all questions, and always explains things in detail so that we, her patients, do not leave with doubts or fears regarding a diagnosis or any findings from the exams. The office staff—from the front desk to the technicians—are very kind and patient; they always welcome patients with a smile and are always ready to help. Importantly, the office serves patients of all ages, and I have seen firsthand that they maintain their patience and kindness whether dealing with a child with special needs, an elderly person who cannot write, or an arrogant, overbearing patient. I 100% recommend the doctor and her entire team. Plus, she is bilingual, which is very important for the Hispanic community.

Dr. Castaneda and her staff are wonderfully pleasant. Service was great and very helpful. Dr. Castaneda was very helpful and went over all details of my eye exam clearly and easy to understand. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. It was a very comfortable experience with Wendy choosing my glass frames. Price was fair. Great experience overall and highly recommend!

Dr Castaneda is excellent! She is very thorough and answered all the questions I had. She went through my eye scans with me and explained everything she is looking for and what was presented in the scans. Highly recommend.

Staff was not very friendly to patients but the delivery guys had all the focus and conversation. They also did not take the time to check my insurance properly and kept asking the reason for my via after receptive with the same excuse that should have been my warning to not go. Turns out they never verified my vision insurance they were solely focused on me paying out of pocket because my medical insurance was out of network of course it’s my medical and I have separate vision plan. Do not go here run I would not recommend this office to no one just talked to a family about my experience and she too said she had a bad feeling walking into the same office and they took her through a lot just not to see her. Made an appointment with Vision Republic and she found my Infiniti in less than five minutes while taking to me on the phone. Moral of the story don’t spend where you don’t feel welcome or wanted.
